These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tripzen website (tripzen.co.uk) and services provided by Tripzen Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our": Tripzen Ltd
  • "You", "Your": The customer using our services
  • "Services": Flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, and related travel services
  • "Supplier": Airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party providers

2. Booking and Contracts

2.1 Making a Booking

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • A contract is formed when you receive a booking confirmation from us
  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
  • All passenger details must be accurate and match travel documents

2.2 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated
  • Prices include applicable taxes and fees at the time of booking
  • Price changes by suppliers may affect your booking before confirmation
  • Additional charges may apply for optional services, baggage, and seat selection

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe)
  • Your card may be charged in a different currency by your bank

4. Changes and Cancellations

4.1 Changes by You

  • Changes are subject to supplier terms and availability
  • Amendment fees may apply (see Refund Policy for details)
  • Name changes may not be permitted on some airlines

4.2 Changes by Suppliers

  • Airlines and hotels may change schedules or services
  • We will notify you of significant changes as soon as possible
  • Compensation is subject to supplier policies and applicable regulations

5. Travel Documentation

  • You are responsible for ensuring valid passports and visas
  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date
  • We recommend checking entry requirements at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice
  • We are not liable for denied boarding due to invalid documents

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical emergencies and repatriation
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Personal liability

7. Our Liability

  • We act as an agent for travel suppliers
  • Supplier terms and conditions apply to your booking
  • Our liability is limited to the booking value
  • We are not liable for force majeure events

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint:

  1. Raise issues with the supplier during your trip
  2. Contact us within 28 days of your return

  4. We aim to respond within 14 working days

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
