This Refund Policy outlines the cancellation and refund procedures for bookings made through Tripzen. Please read carefully as different products have different terms.

Important Notice

Refund eligibility depends on the fare type, supplier terms, and how far in advance you cancel. Always check your booking confirmation for specific terms.

1. Flight Bookings

Standard (Economy) Fares

Flexible/Business/First Class Fares

Non-Refundable Fares

  • No cash refund available
  • May be eligible for future travel credit (airline dependent)
  • Government taxes may be refundable

2. Hotel Bookings

Flexible Rate

  • Free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before check-in (varies by hotel)
  • Full refund for eligible cancellations
  • Cancellation deadline shown at time of booking

Non-Refundable Rate

  • Lower price in exchange for no cancellation option
  • No refund for cancellation or no-show
  • Full amount charged at time of booking

3. Tour Packages

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email refunds@tripzen.co.uk with your booking reference
  2. Provide Details: Include reason for cancellation and any supporting documents
  3. Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
  4. Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Full refunds may be available for:

  • Airline cancellation or significant schedule change
  • Natural disasters affecting your destination
  • Government travel restrictions or advisories
  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)

6. Tripzen Service Fee

Our service fee (£25-75 depending on booking) is:

  • Non-refundable once your booking is confirmed
  • May be waived for supplier-initiated cancellations
  • Covers our booking and support services
